• Holiday Policy:
• Full payment is required in advance.
• Modifications are subject to availability.
• The client is responsible for selecting and executing the activity, and Holiday disclaims any liability for any risks or losses during the activity.
• Refund Policy: The full amount will be refunded for reservations canceled within 48 hours of the event.
• Activity time.
• If cancellation occurs between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled flight time, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled flight time, no refund will be given.
• If weather conditions prevent the activity, the flight will be postponed and cannot be canceled. A new date will be scheduled based on availability on the same yacht during that period.
• Trips may not be cancelled during official holidays or Eid holidays. They may be postponed at the customer's request and within the postponement terms of the holiday policy.
• No-show Policy: The amount paid for the activity will not be refunded in the event of a failure to show up at the scheduled booking time.
• Rescheduling Policy: The customer has the right to postpone the trip a maximum of two times within a calendar year. The trip can be postponed by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. In the event of a postponement, the customer is not entitled to cancel the reservation and receive a refund.
